Our Helpdesk Operations runs from 9am to 9pm every day, with the exception of Christmas Day.

Online Helpdesk System

We are in the process of transitioning our SRO helpdesk over to the new SeatGeek Enterprise community platform.

To contact the helpdesk for new issues, please email us at UK-support@seatgeek.com. Community Users can access the new helpdesk system at https://support.enterprise.seatgeek.com.

You can of course still contact us by telephone on the usual numbers below.

We operate an office based Helpdesk during regular office hours and an emergency helpdesk operation outside of these hours. The hours of service for each operation are:
